The Zoom Whitening Procedure

It’s best to start with a cleaning. If there are tartar deposits on your teeth, they will interfere with the complete whitening of your teeth.

The actual Zoom whitening appointment takes about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

	First, special retractors are placed in your mouth, to help expose the teeth.
	Next, a napkin is placed over your lips, and a protective coating is placed on your gums.
	After the whitening gel is placed on your teeth, the Zoom light is focused on your teeth. This will activate the gel which provides the bleaching action.
	After 3 to 4 fifteen minute periods during this appointment, you will have the whitest smile of your life.
